How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with your application reference number
- Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Include any supporting documentation if applicable
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if significant work has already been completed on your application. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Government Fees
Please note that the UK Government's official ETA fee (currently £10) is separate from our service fee and is non-refundable once paid to the government. We have no control over government fee refunds.
