3. Service Fees

Our service fee covers our assistance services only. This fee is separate from the UK Government's official ETA fee, which is payable during the official application process.

All fees are clearly displayed before payment and are charged in GBP (British Pounds).

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Promptly respond to requests for additional information
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Not misrepresent your identity or travel intentions
  • Acknowledge that we cannot guarantee ETA approval

5. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not and cannot guarantee that any ETA application will be approved. The decision to approve or deny an ETA rests solely with the UK Government authorities. Our role is to assist with the application process and minimize the risk of errors that could lead to rejection.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Portal ETA UK and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Portal ETA UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

9. Governing Law
